We had our home in the long term rental program with Carolina Dunes for almost 3 years. Beth [Twyne] and Melinda [Garza] were awesome in securing a great tenant who was there for the entire 3 years. They were very professional in staying in touch when things came up with the house and the tenants. When it came time to sell our home, we met with Beth and listed it with Carolina Dunes. Beth is very knowledgeable of properties on Roanoke Island and was in constant communication whenever a showing took place to gave us feedback. It only took six weeks for us to get under contract with the closing happening a month later. Beth [Twyne] sold my home in 2 months! She listed my home in Manteo in January 2018, and we sold and closed in March 2018. I live out of town and Beth was great about keeping me informed every step of the way. She was always available for any questions or concerns I had, and she made a long distance real estate transaction so easy. In the fall of 2017, Natalie helped us with buying a house on Roanoke Island . Natalie worked on our purchase offer and followed through until the offer was accepted .Then, she worked on getting a home inspection for us.The home inspection found several issues that needed to be addressed. Natalie then found an electrician, plumber, and carpenter for estimates on the issues and negotiated with the seller for the cost of repairs. Natalie went beyond our expectations and even found a surveyor that would do a elevation certificate on short notice, which around Christmas time is not that easy. Natalie was a pleasure to work with and we would hire her again for any future transactions. She is a wonderful Mom and a great musician and a true asset to the OBX. 

Bought a home in 2013 My husband and I have secured the services and representation of many realtors across several states and in both buy/sell circumstances; over the years we encountered many styles of realtors. Sydney is highly knowledgeable of her location area and helped us to feel confident we made the right buying decision. She was highly responsive to our concerns and questions that we had in the buying process, always attentive to clarify and follow up with us as needed. Communication is so important; she definitely kept us informed. Further, she paid particular attention to the details of negotiation and going toward closing followed up to make sure it went smooth. 08/27/2014 - talbertmechanical Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $75K in Stumpy Point, NC. My husband and I have known Sydney for several years now. Sydney has listed several of our properties. We have never before seen such dedication by any realtor, and we have used our share. Sydney always above and beyond the call of duty. She makes herself available 24/7, and has never once not returned a phone call. There is no other realtor as far as we are concerned. If you want an agent to work for you, Sydney is the one to call!

Was eager in Open Houses and keeping flyers available. Also used social media and online marketing. Also very good in staying in touch with me during the whole process. Will sign another 6 month sales agreement with her.
